TRANSFORMASI KOMPETENSI SDM DALAM MENGHADAPI REVOLUSI INDUSTRI 5.0

Abstrak

Industry 5.0 introduces a new paradigm in human resource (HR) management that places humans at the center of technological innovation. Unlike Industry 4.0, which focused on automation and digitalization, Industry 5.0 emphasizes collaboration between humans and artificial intelligence (AI) to create sustainable value. This shift necessitates a transformation in HR competencies, requiring a workforce that possesses not only technical abilities but also cognitive, social, and emotional skills, alongside the adaptability to cope with technological changes. This study aims to analyze the transformation of HR competencies in the context of Industry 5.0 using a qualitative approach based on a literature review. Data were gathered from various scholarly sources, including books, reputable journal articles, international organization reports, and relevant policy documents. Data analysis was conducted using content analysis techniques, involving data reduction, categorization, interpretation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the transformation of HR competencies encompasses five key dimensions: digital competence, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, creativity and innovation, emotional intelligence, and lifelong learning capabilities. Furthermore, organizations are required to implement continuous reskilling and upskilling strategies to enable the workforce to adapt to technological advancements driven by AI, the Internet of Things (IoT), big data, cloud computing, and robotics. The study concludes that the successful implementation of Industry 5.0 relies heavily on the quality of human resources capable of integrating technological sophistication with human values, thereby fostering organizations that are innovative, inclusive, and sustainable.
