Abstrak

Organizational culture is an important part of the survival of an organization. Organizational culture plays a role in synergizing its internal environment to be able to adapt to an external environment that tends to change. In addition, organizational culture can develop an effective and efficient work culture through patterns of cooperation from all members of the organization. Organizational culture forms good values, which are shared as a basis for guiding the behavior of each member of a fishing organization/company, so that everyone can know what is appropriate and inappropriate to do. Organizational culture helps shape the attitude of everyone in maintaining harmonious relationships in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. Thus, the main function of organizational culture is to help understand the environment in order to be able to formulate the necessary steps in responding to environmental changes, so that the organization can take advantage of existing opportunities and minimize uncertainty and confusion in achieving goals.
